The charter of this team of the Directors of the Association, is to carry out the (stated) mission of the Association. For doing so, the Directors may invite (as has been the practice thus far), from amongst a cadre of active volunteers, individuals to champion a variety of significant activities for the benefit of the alumni or the IITs, such as membership, web-services, fund-raising, event organization and management, etc.
