How do I nominate someone for the forthcoming IITBAA Board 2008 elections?
You can do so by sending an authenticated
email to the election Officer or sending the
nomination form as per the Performa given in
the IITBAA Annual Report 2007-08.

Who is eligible to vote?
All the Life members of the IITBAA are eligible.
If you or your friends did not get an email
solicitation to cast your vote, please have
them send an authenticated email to
the Election
Officer.

How do I cast my vote?
You can cast your vote by exercising the option
of e-voting available here or by sending the
postal ballot using the form attached in the
annual report duly completed, signed &
posted in sealed envelop to IITBAA office.

How many times can I vote?
Just once. After you have voted, you may re-visit
the election website to ascertain the same.

How / When will I know the election results?
They will be posted on this election website
after the elections have concluded on
20th August, 2008 at 11:00 hrs IST
